Delivery Information

For any order for an amount higher than 65 Euro, you are entitled to a free delivery within the Benelux. Picking up your order in the shop is of course free of charge. If your order is lower than 65 Euro we will charge the following costs:

Belgium: € 11 (incl. VAT)
Netherlands: € 22 (incl. VAT)
Luxembourg: € 11 (incl . VAT)


Your order at the store pick up is free of course .


Delivery times

Is the product you ordered in our stock? You will receive it within 24 hours after your payment was received. You will receive an email when the package is sent. If the product is not in stock , we will inform you informed as soon as possible .


Track & Trace

All our orders are delivered via DHL. Once your order is ready for shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number allows you to track your order through the

I was not at home when the order was presented . What now?

Where delivery is unattended, the shipment will be offered again on the next working day.

I have not received my order. What now?

You will receive a message when the package leaves us . We give immediately a indication of when it will be delivered . Did you get the package 3 days still not

receive? Take me this then surely aware . We are doing everything necessary to order yet to deliver to you .

Return policy

14 days right of withdrawal for consumers

As a customer you for all orders a withdrawal period of 14 days from the time you

the order received. During this period you should carefully deal with the product and

the package. You may unpack the product only to a limited extent or use as far as

is needed to determine whether you want to keep the product. After the expiry of these 14 days

These products can not be returned:

My order was delivered damaged. What now?

Probably the package damaged during transport .

1) Always check the delivery immediately for any damage. If you receive a damaged package, then you should refuse the delivery.

2 ) Then, please contact us immediately , so that we can resolve  the problem as soon as possible.

3 ) Once you have contacted us , send the package in its original packaging along with the return form back to us.

I received the wrong product . What now?

If the delivered product does not correspond with your order, please within 7 days

after mentioning receipt to us. When we have received the wrong product delivered

We will send you free of charge the right product .


Follow these steps:

1 ) Download and print the return form. Fill in the form completely and correctly and send it along with the return.

2 ) Send the order in its original condition and packaging and ensure proper overwrap around the original packaging.

3 ) The shipping you get credited by us.


Warranty

The bill represents the warranty and must be kept by the customer and originally submitted . With each shipment the invoice will be attached. A duplicate of the invoice can be retrieved at any time by the customer. The devices are sold for 12 months from the delivery date with guaranteed against manufacturing defects for professional ussage. For consumer goods this is 24 months.

Following incidents are not covered by warranty:

  • Damage resulting from improper use
  • Moisture or water damage
  • Broken displays and screens
  • Damage when used items such as lamps, custom construction , flight cases , software and cables (only on manufacturing defects )

We will do everything possible to satisfy our customers. Should you have a complaint , please send an email to [email protected]. Describe your complaint accurately and state the order number and invoice number. We will reply your message within 5 working days .
