The active 7-inch VM-70 unit produces pure audio with fast, powerful bass. Flexible DSP settings allow the speakers to be tailored to the characteristics of a room, making them perfect for emulating a club sound at DJs or for making music at home or in a studio.

Each model in the VM speaker series features a Class D amplifier with 96 kHz sampling DSP for broadband audio playback with low distortion and energetic sound. And the 4-mm-thick rigid aluminum front baffle suppresses resonance and reduces vibration. From min to max volume, Aramid fiber woofer cones provide excellent punch that you'll feel in the low and mid frequencies. These cones are 30 percent lighter than conventional Aramid cones, making them stronger and helping them to pump out deep sounds.  The Vortex Bass Accelerator ensures that low-end sound is tight and free of unwanted vibrations, because ridges in the bass reflex port allow air to flow freely out of the speaker to deliver pure sound - whether you're listening to vocals or instrumentals.  To help you fine-tune the output and find the perfect sound, each VM speaker includes DSP settings. The rear panel Low and High EQ knobs have 4 options, giving you 16 possible EQ settings that are easy to activate. Choose the setting that sounds best for DJing or producing music in your home or studio, depending on the shape, size and construction of the room. Mid and high frequencies are delivered with power thanks to the horn with constant directivity, which also provides a wide, uniform listening area. The shape of the horn and the edge of the woofer are designed so that the flat playback frequency passes easily to the tweeter for a natural sound.
